s well as the lunches. Honestly, the most valuable thing about this event was connecting with colleagues from my org who I have almost no occasion to see anymore. Overall, the event had great energy and great hospitality, would have liked meatier content. Read Less
Overall, it was informative and would attend again.

Additionally, I found it rather obnoxious how many LinkedIn and emails I received from the vendors - I know they pay a lot of money to be sponsors to get access to participants information but it was very aggressive. ...Read More

otes for the future:
- Some presentations were too high-level. E.g. Measuring CX was the topic I was anxiously waiting for, but the presentation didn't present any specific strategies or techniques
- As a representative of a large company, we are struggling with implementing any change or transformation. It would be great to hear from other companies on how they have implemented digital transformation for customer experience, even if they are not in financial industry (perhaps, another regulated industry, such as healthcare) as long as they can share something tangible and that led to lessons learned. On some level, it felt like for everyone the intent is there, but companies have very little clue as to what to do about it. Read Less
I liked the shorter timeframes for presentations, but would have liked to have some breaks for the participates between some of them. 5 min. would have been great to stand up and stretch.
The topics started to repeat itself and it would be cool to have some hands on activities. Also, it felt like there was a large number of vendors presenting.
I enjoyed the morning topics. The breakout sessions I attended didn't have as much substance to them.
Also, they were off their schedules, so it was impossible to go from track to track.
Last, needs additional seating for food. The plates were too heavy and people were mostly expected to stand and eat while holding food and hot coffee.
