As chief product officer, Abhijit leads strategy, development and design of all customer-facing products supporting the company’s mission to give people and businesses the power to bank seamlessly, affordably, and with confidence. He has deep experience and passion for exploring how technology can help people and businesses move, manage, spend and save money, and work toward a financially stable and prosperous future. He is responsible for leading new product initiatives, implementing solutions across multiple platforms, and driving strategy at an executive level. Abhijit previously led the company’s direct-to-consumer business, including the launch of its flagship digital bank GO2bank in early 2021. He joined the company from Discover Financial Services, where he served as senior business leader, strategy for Discover Card and was a member of Discover's Strategy Decisioning Team from 2011 to 2018. Abhijit holds an MBA from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business and currently lives with his family in Las Vegas, NV. He has been happily married to his wife for over 14 years and they have one son. In his free time, he loves spending time with his son playing catch and is an avid cricket fan.
