Head of Customer Experience and Customer Success Kabbage

Aditya joined Kabbage,  FinTech Unicorn, in June, 2018 to build a customer-first culture at Kabbage. Aditya is focused on driving superior business performance by reimagining customer journeys through episode ownership, and driving customer advocacy by designing inner and outer loops. Aditya’s teams are directly responsible for supporting Kabbage’s superior growth trajectory by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The CXS teams deploy a data driven approach to guide all Kabbage products and services into a frictionless environment.

Prior to joining Kabbage, Aditya was a Leader in Bain’s Digital and Transformation Practice, where he helped clients in CPG, Financial Services, Telecom and Private Equity to undertake the digital transformation. Aditya also has pre-consulting experience in biotechnology operations, software development and sales. 

Aditya has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune (India), Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and earned his MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in Jersey City, with his wife Meghna and 2 year old daughter Soraya.
