Alarice Lonergan

Alarice Cesareo Lonergan is an IBM iX Partner and a customer experience and digital leader who bridges strategy and design through transformation. She has 15 years of experience advising top clients across banking, insurance, and wealth management on customer experience, business and digital transformation, agile at scale and web/mobile development. She has led ground breaking initiatives with IBM's top clients and Fortune 500 companies spanning new ways of working in agile, new partnerships and humanizing the digital experience with AI. Her core clients over the last five years have included American Express, Bank of America and JPMC.

She is recognized as a community builder and people leader. She has an ability to bring teams of diverse people together to solve our clients’ biggest challenges. She took on the role of Integration Executive from 2016-2018 for the Resource Ammirati acquisition, creating an integrated community within iX. She has held the role of Chief People Officer of Financial Services Digital Strategy & iX since January 2018. She recently took on the role of the NY studio leader, leading a team of 80 creative design and development staff in the iX business. Alarice empowers her teams and brings out the very best they can be.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in NYC and a BA in Economics from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. 

Alarice lives in Chatham, NJ with her husband, Komlan, their two daughters, Ayla (3) and Kyla (9 months) and their rescue dog, Mocha. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, spending summers at the Jersey shore, running and playing soccer.
