Alex Misiaszek

SVP, Experience Design Director II, NLU & Emerging Experiences Truist

Why Alex?

Alex is an experience design director at Truist where she leads a talented team of designers focused on leveraging NLU/NLP capabilities to create more personalized experiences for clients. She helps align teams toward a broader vision as they partner to implement these products into their segments in a way that adds value to clients—whether it be through insights, forecasting or natural language. She is passionate about putting humans at the center of design and pushing the envelope on what “could be” done within the world of virtual assistants, as emerging technologies have created a new realm of opportunities for multi-modal design.

Prior to Truist, she designed for several top brands with a focus on mobile experiences and AI platforms. Some of her favorite past work involves enhancing the OOBEs for various hardware products at Google and leveraging data-centric platforms, like Watson and Text Analytics to deliver more value to the end-user at IBM. She’s passionate about co-creation methodologies and partnering with teams to adapt these methods to various business contexts.

Alex serves on the advisory board for USF’s Digital Marketing for Executives Program. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, interior design and collecting bourbon.

4:30 PM CXFS “SNACKDOWN” Who Is The Customer?

Grab some popcorn and get ready to pick a side, because this lively debate is interactive, entertaining and may involve a bit of friendly competition. Our teams are debating the important question – just who is the customer? Representing the “End User” and “End Consumer,” each team will try to win over the audience by making their case – opening up the lens about how to think about who the customer really is.

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Alex.
