Alex Paquette

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Alex Paquette is responsible for customer facing operations at IRONSCALES, including customer success, onboarding, implementation, and technical support. Prior to joining IRONSCALES, he served in customer success and support leadership positions at VMware and AirWatch, as well as a technical role at Home Depot. Alex holds an engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Alex lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife Alyse and their 3 young children. As a family, they enjoy Georgia Tech football games, spending time with friends/neighbors, and actively serving the Lord and the local community. “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit.
