Chief Client Experience Officer Old National

Ann Ryan is Chief Client Experience Officer for Old National Bank, a $20B commercial and retail bank headquartered in Evansville, Indiana. Her planned two-year stint in bank marketing has turned into a 17-year career at Old National. She is a member of the bank’s executive leadership group whose female members were named a 2018 Top Team by American Banker’s The Most Powerful Women in Banking. Ann has also worked in health care, higher education and not-for-profit marketing and holds degrees from Indiana University and Indiana State University. She focuses her community service on causes that lift up women and children, currently serving on the Evansville YWCA board of directors. She loves to tell stories and has written one children’s book and is working on a second.
