Ben Segal is currently Vice President of Customer Experience (CX) at Thesis. Prior to that, Ben scaled the CX function at Freshly and again at Pair Eyewear. With nearly 20 years experience working with organizations like the Yankees, Mets, & Madison Square Garden, Ben understands hospitality and service at its core. He’s a thought leader in the space and has consistently been on the cutting edge of emerging technologies that improve the overall experience with brands. When he’s not managing global support teams, he’s most likely posting pictures of his two kids on social media like the proud dad he is.
