Charleen Ring

Charleen is an experienced conference program director, market researcher and published author with a passion for bringing people together and creative storytelling. She produces innovative networking conferences that serve as platforms to help businesses and professionals connect, inspire, and share their stories as industry thought leaders. She currently oversees and manage WBR’s CX Events portfolio (NGPX, CXFS, NGCX), as well as LogiMed USA. Charleen received her B.S. in English with a focus on creative writing from Binghamton University.
