Charvi Gandotra is Associate Director for Commonwealth, a national non-profit organization that builds financial security and opportunity for financially vulnerable workers. Partnering with leading financial institutions, fintechs, employers, and payroll providers, Charvi scales pioneering emergency savings programs, tools and services that enable employees to achieve a more sound financial footing that helps them begin to build wealth. Previously a consultant for MicroSave, Charvi provided strategic and operational consulting services to large financial institutions, regulators, and policymakers in South Asia and Pacific regions to build an inclusive ecosystem for financial services. At MicroPensions, she developed innovative tech-enabled distribution channels to enhance the outreach of the national pension product of the Government of India.
