Chris Hill

Chris Hill is Alliant’s Director of Digital Banking. His team is responsible for the design and implementation of the members’ digital experience, partnering with teams across the organization to build simple, frictionless solutions as quickly as possible. Under Chris’s leadership, the team created an award-winning mobile banking app and launched a redesigned online banking platform. Chris is a leading advocate of human-centered design and the value it brings to members and the organization. He has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University (Bloomington) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Before joining Alliant, he held previous roles in Finance, Strategic Pricing, Product Management and Digital Customer Experience.
