Chris Lentz serves Princeton University of director of customer experience. In this role, he oversees a new integrated customer service center and works across multiple departments to ensure high levels and consistent service to the campus community. Prior to this role, he held leadership positions in community engagement, marketing, and communications in higher education, educational testing, and finance sectors. An advocate for the strategic importance of communication, he has developed and lead intercultural communication workshops for Temple University, Princeton University, and the University of Texas at Austin. For nine years, Lentz served on the board of directors for the Philadelphia chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators — two years as president, during which time he led the chapter to its first marketing management award.
