Liam has worked in insights consulting for the last 13 years in Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. Now based in Chicago, Liam leads Kantar’s Customer Experience Domain for the Central U.S. Region. His broad consulting experience covers new product development, customer experience, brand guidance, and communications research. His expertise will help you to understand how to build loyalty and brand differentiation, as well as uncover opportunities and risks within the client base and the marketplace.
Liam’s sector expertise spans retail banking, wealth management, REITs, insurance, payment platforms, travel, CPG, healthcare, and technology. He has strong experience working on both consumer and business programs.
