Craig McLaughlin is the Founder and CEO of the nationally recognized San Francisco digital experience strategy and design agency Extractable. For over 15 years Extractable has helped financial services firms build category leading digital experiences succeed at bringing in new customers and building deeper relationships with existing customers. The agency has history of recruiting and retaining best in class digital talent from a variety of industries and brings that expertise to bare for a national base of financial services clients. In his role, Craig is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of the company. He has led digital initiatives for over one hundred financial services institutions. Under his leadership, Extractable’s financial services clients have won more Web Marketing Association Awards than any other agency serving the category. Before starting Extractable, Craig worked in research and development at Sony Corporation. Craig received his BS in Information Systems from San Diego State University and holds a Master of Science in Information Systems.
