Director, Retail Banking Customer Experience and Omni Channel Development Scotiabank

Dan Resnick is the Director if Customer Experience and Omni Channel Development for  retail banking at Scotiabank. As part of his role, Dan is responsible for identifying high priority customer segments and designing compelling value propositions for them. In addition, Dan is responsible for partnership value creation, working to help the bank leverage its relationships with the NHL, individual sports franchises, and leaders in the Canadian entertainment, telecommunications and retail sectors to drive tangible business outcomes. 

Prior to joining Scotiabank, Dan spent over a decade in management consulting, helping clients across a range of industries think about their business in a more customer-centric manner.
