Daniel Souers

Chief Experience Officer First Service Credit Union

Daniel Souers is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of First Service Credit Union. He joined the credit union in 2016, and he has since played an important part of shaping the credit union’s internal culture and member experience. With the help of his leadership, First Service continues to grow its membership and improve its overall member experience. Before joining First Service, Mr. Souers managed marketing for one of the largest credit unions in Alabama, and he has over 15 years of member service, marketing, and management experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management, and he graduated with honors from CUNA Management School in 2019. In 2022, he co-founded Credit Union Leaders, a non-profit dedicated to developing servant leaders in the credit union movement. When not working, he enjoys life in Houston with his wife, Lauren, and their five children.
