Heather Underhill is a passionate leader with more than 20 years of experience inspiring innovation and leading positive change in complex, healthcare industry environments. She serves as the SVP of Client Operations & Experience at Teladoc Health, the global leader in whole-person virtual care founded on a simple but revolutionary idea: everyone should have access to the best healthcare, anywhere in the world on their terms. Teladoc Health is delivering on this mission across primary care, mental health, chronic condition management and more. In her current role, Heather leads a variety of client-centric areas including improving the client experience, optimizing revenue, scaling operations in areas including benefit administration, payer management, client onboarding, reporting and analytics, and client support functions. Previously, she served in leadership roles at Eli Lilly & Company & Doctor on Demand, with an unwavering focus on building trusted partnerships and as an inclusive talent and culture ambassador. Heather received her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University and her bachelor’s degree at the University of Vermont.
