Holli Tongate

After completing a Marketing degree at Illinois State University, Holli Tongate began her career as a Corporate Marketing Analyst at State Farm.  Holli has held a variety of sales and marketing positions across strategy and execution which has helped drive a deep knowledge and love of the State Farm brand.  She completed her MBA from the University of Notre Dame in May of 2016 and was given a new opportunity to apply her broad experience by launching the Omnichannel Strategy & Adoption team later that year.  She now leads Digital Transformation, CX Strategy, Accountability and Product Adoption within State Farm Enterprise Technology where she leverages her business, technology, marketing and sales experience to ensure a positive customer experience, business outcomes and return on IT investment.  Holli is a champion of applying agile principles to test and scale effective approaches that motivate humans to know, understand, engage with and advocate for the experience and technology State Farm delivers.
