Senior Vice President, Chief Experience and Go To Market Officer Five Star Bank
Joe Dugan has served as Chief Customer Experience and Go to Market Officer of Five Star Bank since November 2018. In this role, consolidating leadership of marketing, technology, product, data management and customer experience, he provides leadership and advocacy across the organization for innovative solutions that empower associates and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all distribution channels. Mr. Dugan joined Five Star as Retail Growth and Profitability Executive in July 2016. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Customer Value Management for Canandaigua National Bank and President of CNB’s wealth subsidiaries. He also held various banking positions at PNC Bank Corporation, Midlantic Bank and Chase-Lincoln First Bank. Joe earned his BA in Economics and English at Bucknell University.
