Jon Valenti

Mr. Jon Valenti is a Principal in the Customer & Marketing practice of Deloitte focused on Financial Services. For over 20 years, he has served clients on the topics of growth strategy, customer strategy experience, digital transformation, and marketing strategy. His financial services clients have spanned banking, payments, wealth and retirement, and insurance – including Consumer and Commercial areas. Jon also leads the Applied Innovation market offering for the US firm. He holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon in computational marketing and a BA in Information Science from Fordham University.
