Joy Joslin

Joy Joslin is Director of Guest Relations & Safety for the Oklahoma City Thunder. She joined the team in 2014 and leads the trademarked “CLICK! With Your Guests” customer service training and recognition platform. CLICK! was created by her mentor, the late Pete Winemiller. Joy and her team carry on Pete’s legacy as they build upon these established service values with the vision to be “the most fan-centric organization in professional sports.” This past season, the NBA recognized Joy with The Pete Winemiller Guest Experience Innovation Award. She is also being recognized this year as the Manhattan Christian College Professional Excellence Alumni of the Year. Joy plays a key role in maintaining a fully integrated service strategy throughout the Thunder organization, as well as with its business alliance partners. Investing in the arena’s front-line team members has become her passion.
