Kelly currently serves as the Director of Member Experience, Innovation, and Digital Services at Credit Union of Colorado. Kelly leads the credit union’s member engagement strategy forward through ideation, research, experimentation, and integration of members’ and employees’ insights to resolve experience barriers. Kelly’s 20-plus years of financial services expertise have allowed her to serve both national banking organizations and over the last twelve years the collaborative Credit Union industry. Kelly’s impact shines the brightest at the intersection of Thinking and Doing Differently where inspiration is inspired to find and embrace new ways of serving consumers, employees, and executives. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Colorado. And a master’s degree in business administration from Regis University.
