Luke is known for his pragmatic approach in solving complex organizational challenges and passion for leading transformative change. Regardless of position, Luke consistently applies his passion for strategy, operational excellence, and customer experience to drive business results. Luke joined State Farm in 2008 and has worked in a variety of leadership roles focused on elevating the voice of the customer and transforming customer experience. His experience has focused on customer experience measurement, experience design/architecture, and experience culture work. Luke is currently a Director Lead for a customer experience transformation team supporting the modernization of the State Farm customer experience.
Prior to State Farm, Luke worked for a global mining organization (Caterpillar) where he served as a Project Manager and Product Strategy Manager. Luke graduated from Trinity International University in Chicago, IL with a degree in Organizational Development. Luke holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute and is also formally educated in Change Management (Prosci), Strategy Execution (Kaplan & Norton), and Lean Six Sigma. In 2008 he was a recipient of Elliott Masie’s 30 Under 30 leadership award.
