Michael Mattone

Michael Mattone is the SVP – Chief Retail and Experience Officer at Navigant Credit Union, a $3.7 billion asset-size financial institution based in Smithfield, RI. In his role, Michael oversees the organization’s retail delivery, including the branch network, contact center, marketing, and investment services. He has been with the credit union since January 2023, and spent 15 years working in the credit union industry prior to joining Navigant. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University (NY) and his executive master’s degree in finance from Baruch College (NY), and currently serves on Pace University’s athletics alumni board.
