Chief Customer Officer Barclays US Consumer Bank

Mona was recently named the Chief Customer Officer of Barclay US Consumer Bank, leading several horizontal business and marketing functions to enhance Barclays’ ability to deliver end-to-end value to its customers. In this role, Mona has responsibility for the following areas: Existing Customer Management (including customer engagement activities and helping customers experiencing distress via fraud or inability to meet their financial obligations)), Customer Experience, Digital Servicing, Marketing Delivery, and Creative Marketing Solutions. Prior to this role, Mona led the Strategic Analytics team for the US Consumer Bank.
