Nancy Fratzke

Vice President, Customer Support UScellular

As vice president of customer support, Nancy guides UScellular’s teams of customer care and financial service associates and ensures they have the proper training and knowledge to help customers make informed decisions about their wireless service. She oversees day-to-day operations of the company’s five support centers and leads more than 2,000 associates, helping ensure that they provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction. Nancy joined UScellular in 1999 as a customer service representative and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including resolution team coach, customer service manager, call center director, director of sales for the Oklahoma and Texas markets, interim regional vice president of sales and senior director of the customer care centers. Prior to joining UScellular, Nancy held manager positions at Landsberg Associates in Lenexa, Kan., and Massco Inc. in Kansas City, Mo. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in public relations from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo. In 2022, she was recognized with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Woman of the Year in Customer Service category. She is an avid runner and is on the board of directors of Girls on the Run of Central Oklahoma.
