Patrice is the Director of Member Experience and Research at Apple Federal Credit Union, a community - based, member-owned financial cooperative in Northern Virginia. Patrice develops programs to align Leadership, Service Delivery and Support Team goals, strengthening Apple’s member experiences and community brand. Her expertise is in driving integrated multi-channel feedback, research and collaboration to improve member journeys and business opportunities. She is passionate about focusing on a spectrum of personas and teams at the core of organizational behaviors. Previously, she led go-tomarket strategies, portfolio management and client engagements for a $252M financial services market segment and developed multi-channel growth programs for several member-based organizations, including the Consumer Technology Association and International CES.
