SVP, Head of US Customer Experience Santander Bank, N.A.

RanDee Platt is senior vice president and the US Head of Customer Experience at Santander Bank. In her role, she is accountable for building and executing on Santander’s customer experience strategy and customer care standards that enable best in class service, customer retention, and growth for the banks US consumer and business banking customers. In addition, RanDee is responsible for leading the design and implementation of sustainable and innovative customer experience governance, customer advocacy, and the customer journeys program. Previously, she served as the Director of Customer Experience for Union Bank and PurePoint Financial where she developed omnichannel customer and employee experience strategies and led regulatory feedback programs. RanDee has a diverse leadership background with experience managing large, at scale airport operations and customer & employee experience at Southwest Airlines prior to her career in financial services. She is a graduate of the Emerging Leader Development Program at Southwest Airlines and the American Bankers Association Business of Banking Program.
